380 Teachers. 32 Schools. Real Change in Harrow.

Making the Invisible Visible

Our CPD programme, Making the Invisible Visible, is driving real change in classrooms across Harrow.

380+ educators trained across 16 schools this year alone
32 out of 40 mainstream schools engaged since 2024

Co-developed with educators, the training focuses on two essentials:

  • Understanding dyslexia and how it affects learning

  • Practical strategies to support pupils in everyday teaching

Impact on Schools and Staff

The impact is clear.

Educators report increased confidence in identifying and supporting pupils with dyslexia, alongside a deeper understanding of strategies that benefit all learners—not just those with a diagnosis.

Importantly, the training is also sparking wider change.

School leaders are using it to drive whole-school conversations, helping embed more inclusive approaches to teaching and learning across their settings.

What Educators Are Saying

“Very helpful, interesting and concise. Everything felt useful and easy to understand.”

“A really informative programme that generated meaningful discussion. I’m taking ideas back to implement across the whole school.”

“Outstanding training—clear, practical and immediately effective. It built both confidence and skills.”

“A supportive learning environment that made a real difference. I would highly recommend it.”

Delivered in partnership with the Specific Learning Difficulties Hub, and supported by the Young Harrow Foundation, this work continues to strengthen dyslexia awareness and inclusive practice across the borough.

Because when we make learning differences visible,
we create classrooms that work better for every child.
